Viv is one of Australia�s most experienced PR practitioners having worked in and around the Australian media for over 30 years. After a successful career as a journalist, including a stint in the Canberra Press Gallery and as a Federal Ministerial advisor, Viv spent eight years working with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before setting up her own successful consultancy. Viv has been instrumental in establishing professional standards in annual report writing in Australia and is a leading light in investor and professional services communications. She is a regular commentator on the public relations industry in the media.

Louise is a highly experienced corporate communicator having worked with a wide range of Australian and European corporations on everything from reputation management, media relations and investor relations to issues and crisis campaigns, business-to-business communications and financial education. Louise has been awarded four Public Relations Industry Association Awards (PRIA Awards) for her communications work in Australia and a further three awards for her work in Ireland.

Su Lin Ho has an extensive background in consultancy with strong experience in communication management in a public relations agency environment and previously as a Senior Manager with KPMG. She has developed and implemented public and media relations programs for various clients in the professional and financial services industry including Chartered Secretaries Australia, the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Australian Institute of Management, MasterCard, E*TRADE and ANZ Margin Lending.
